02Pre-applications and occupancy

03Leases and renewals
We organize dates, rent, payment day, grace period, authorized late fees, rules, documents, and renewals. Final legal terms must come from the applicable agreement.

04Billing and recorded payments
Invoices may include rent, water, electricity, internet, security, maintenance, authorized fines, and other charges. Payments are not processed online; they are recorded after verification.

Each request receives a number, priority, category, status, and activity record. Expenses can be documented with receipts and sent to the owner for approval.
