More than collecting rent

Effective management reduces improvised decisions.

A property can lose performance through extended vacancy, slow communication, untracked maintenance, or poorly documented charges. RentHub establishes a repeatable operation: each request is received, assigned, documented, and closed with evidence.

FAQ

Questions before getting started.

What does a property manager do?

Coordinates the property’s day-to-day operation under the management agreement: communication, documented collections, maintenance, files, tracking, and reports.

Does the portal accept online payments?

Not at this time. Payments are received through agreed methods and recorded manually with a reference or evidence.

Can I approve expenses?

Yes. The owner can review the description, amount, and receipt, approve or reject it, and leave a note in the file.

Do you manage a single property?

Yes. The same structure works for one property, multiple units, or larger portfolios.
